As a law graduate and previous Solicitor Nneka brings advanced employment law skills and knowledge to her role as an HR Consultant. Nneka is a qualified professional in both legal and human resources with specialist advisory and consultation expertise.
Areas of Nneka’s knowledge and experience include employment law and employee relations, organizational development, TUPE, data protection, contracts, training and policy development. Nneka is currently working with the acting Director of Workforce and Organisational development at Ashford & St Peter’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in providing transition support services with the planned merger activities.
Nneka has recently completed a successful project at East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust where she worked in an advisory capacity to the senior team. Nneka recently supported West Herts Hospitals FT in transition matters and in a consultancy capacity.
Nneka is a highly motivated, mature and professional individual with excellent communication and managerial skills.
