Victoria joined Capsticks as a lawyer in the Clinical Law department in February 2012. She specialises in healthcare inquests.
Victoria was called to the Bar in 2006 by Grays Inn and completed pupillage in 2007. She then practised at the independent Bar, specialising in criminal and regulatory law at the Chambers of Andrew Trollope Q.C., 187 Fleet Street.

She has substantial experience conducting proceedings in professional disciplinary tribunals (GMC and NMC), magistrates’ courts, the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.
Since joining Capsticks Victoria has practised wholly and exclusively in the Inquests Team and has represented NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations at a variety of hearings, including Article 2 jury inquests.
