Dominic completed his undergraduate Law degree in 2008 before gaining a Masters degree in Healthcare Ethics and Law in 2009. He worked as a paralegal for 12 months, dealing with defendant clinical negligence cases and commercial transactions. He trained at another respected healthcare law firm, qualifying into their Healthcare Litigation team in November 2013. During his training, Dominic gained experience in healthcare law, dealing with inquests and queries on confidentiality, and assisted on large scale commercial projects such as ‘Transforming Community Services’ and ‘NHS Transition.’
Dominic joined the Leeds Clinical Law team in 2014 and now specialises in defending clinical negligence claims, running cases on behalf of the NHS Litigation Authority.
