Anjli is a senior lawyer within Capsticks’ Commercial team based in London. She provides advice on a range of commercial and procurement matters. Prior to joining Capsticks, Anjli was a contracts and procurement solicitor for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, where she advised on a range of health care related matters including:
- establishing a domiciliary care framework agreement;
- s.75 partnership arrangements;
- the transfer of the public health functions to the Local Authority; and
- joint commissioning arrangements between the Local Authority and the CCG.
Anjli has advised on a range of public procurement matters, including advising on the application of the legal framework, Council Standing Orders, accessibility of Framework Agreements and Consortium Arrangements.
Anjli provided governance and constitutional advice, including advice on the Scheme of Delegation and preparing legal comments for Council reports. Anjli has advised on a number of outsourcing projects, funding agreements and joint working arrangements for a range of Council services including health care, social care, education, waste and regeneration.
Anjli was involved in the incorporation and governance arrangements of social enterprises in the health and education sector, including the establishment of Charities, Industrial and Provident Societies and Community Interest Companies.
