Rachel trained with Capsticks and is now a senior lawyer in the Dispute Resolution department.
Rachel specialises in property litigation, general civil litigation and primary care contracting. She represents NHS bodies and social housing landlords in “squatters” proceedings, advising on various aspects of lease disputes and acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to residential and commercial possession claims, including large scale site clearances prior to redevelopment.
Rachel’s work also includes acting for NHS England in relation to primary care contracts, specialising in dental contracting.
