Andrew joined Capsticks in March 2014 as an associate in the firm’s national employment team. Based in Leeds, Andrew works with health, public sector and third sector clients on employment and immigration issues.
His practice includes advising on complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims, TUPE, and disciplinary issues relating to doctors and senior employees. Andrew also advises on right to work issues.
Before joining Capsticks, Andrew developed his career at another national health practice following an earlier career in education and the third sector.
