Alistair joined Capsticks in January 2014 as a lawyer in the employment department in Leeds. He has experience of advising a wide range of clients, including public sector bodies and commercial clients, and has a broad range of employment law experience. More recently, his focus has been in providing advice to public health sector clients.
Alistair advises on all aspects of employment law from recruitment to dismissal including contentious matters and advisory work.
Prior to joining Capsticks he trained at DAC Beachcroft LLP where he qualified in 2011.
Alistair regularly advises on TUPE issues in public sector transactions and acted for a number of PCTs and Trusts in recent TCS transactions.
