Kate is currently on maternity leave.
Kate joined Capsticks Employment department in October 2011. She has particular experience in advising employers on discrimination, restructuring, redundancies, conduct and performance issues.
Kate conducts a range of employment tribunal cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims, and carries out advocacy at preliminary hearings. Kate also conducts cases in the high court involving breach of contract.
Kate regularly speaks at client training sessions and presentations on all aspects of employment law.
Prior to joining Capsticks Kate trained at Trethowans LLP where she qualified in 2009.
