Victoria trained in the City where she spent time undertaking property, litigation and employment work. She completed a secondment at a public sector healthcare service provider and multi-national IT company where she was responsible for management of UK litigation claims and assisting with Employment Tribunal work.
As a Lawyer in Capsticks’ Employment team, Victoria conducts Employment Tribunal cases for healthcare clients, and advises on all aspects of employment law in a healthcare context. Since joining the firm, she has also assisted with cases in both the Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. Victoria regularly provides advice to clients on termination and concluding settlement agreements.
Victoria studied modern history at the University of Oxford, before obtaining her post-graduate legal qualifications in London where she took electives in both employment law and advanced civil litigation.
