Nicola has specialised in employment law since 2005. She joined Capsticks in 2009 prior to which she trained and was an associate at a leading city firm. Nicola has advised on a range of employment issues including drafting and negotiating service agreements and compromise agreements, guiding clients through disciplinary and dismissal procedures and assisting with workplace issues and grievances as they arise. In her work as a professional support lawyer, Nicola carries out research into and advises on complex legal issues and provides training on a wide range of topics including recent legislative and case law developments.
