Anna joined the Employment team at Capsticks in May 2012. She undertakes a wide range of Employment Tribunal work, which includes handling claims for unfair dismissal (including unfair dismissal claims brought by doctors), breach of contract, all areas of discrimination, trade union detriment, whistle-blowing, unlawful deduction from wages and redundancy. It includes, where appropriate, advising on and conducting settlement negotiations.
Anna also advises on HR issues, from grievance and disciplinary procedures to everyday workplace and drafting queries. She volunteers as part of Capsticks’ CSR programme at a free legal advice clinic run by South West London Law Centres.
Anna trained at RadcliffesLeBrasseur and remained with them until her move to Capsticks.
