Sarah Berry is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in the provision of advice to primary care organisations and advises on a wide range of issues including the performance management of doctors, dentists, ophthalmic practitioners and pharmacists. Within this context, Sarah regularly supports primary care organisations at a local level in the conduct of their investigations and hearings, and has provided training to investigating officers on the conduct of investigations.
Sarah has extensive experience in handling appeals to the First Tier Tribunal as well as Judicial Reviews to the High Court.
Sarah also advises on contractual disputes and pharmacy regulation and has handled numerous disputes before the FHSAU and Judicial Reviews in the High Court within these contexts.
More recently, with the introduction of the new National Health Services (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013, Sarah has been involved in supporting primary care organisations in the transition and has provided seminars on the key changes that will be effected under the new regulatory regime.
