Chloë is an associate in the Capsticks employment team. She supports organisations in relation to employment tribunal claims, in particular defending claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination. Chloë works closely with HR teams in managing complex internal investigations, grievance, bullying and harassment and disciplinary hearings. She provides non-contentious advice drafting policies and contracts of employment.
Chloë has recently been involved with a complex whistle blowing case for a Trust involving several senior managers. She has also successfully defended a complex race discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal claim, resulting in dismissal of all claims and a successful costs application for the Trust's full legal costs of defending the claim.
Chloë provides training on a variety of topics, including disciplinary and grievance investigations, discrimination, redundancy and employment law updates.
Chloë trained with Bevan Brittan LLP, she has extensive healthcare experience advising NHS organisations on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
