Thinzar joined Capsticks at the end of 2006. She trained at Lewis Silkin and gained experience in the litigation, media, brands and technology and property departments as well as the employment department throughout her training, before qualifying into the Employment Group at Boyes Turner.
Thinzar has advised on redundancy matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE issues and breach of contract. She has also regularly advises clients with regard to their policies and procedures and has extensive experience in drafting contracts and employee handbooks.
Thinzar has also undertaken advocacy and has represented various clients in the Employment Tribunal.
