At Capsticks we rely on the talents of a diverse and highly skilled workforce. We therefore see diversity and inclusion as cornerstones to the way in which we operate on a day to day basis.
We believe in taking a proactive approach to diversity and our aim is, at all times, to try to make the best of everyone’s unique talents. Our compulsory diversity training, robust recruitment procedures and genuinely open culture all contribute.
