Wimbledon College of Art
Work from students of the Wimbledon Art College is displayed throughout the London office and employees take a keen interest in new collections which always guarantee lively debate around the firm.
“Since an initial email dialogue with Daniel Purcell in January of 2011 a very good working relationship has developed between the Capsticks Wimbledon Office and Wimbledon College of Art. This has grown from early meetings in the Spring and evolved into a rolling programme of events. The College has hosted several visits from growing numbers of Capsticks staff to make selections of artwork for display at the offices. The staff and students have collaborated on the decisions about installing and hanging work and we have held intensive artist evenings where the students (and recent graduates) have been welcomed by their community of office workers to verbally present and explain the ideas behind their work. This has proved a very successful relationship with both parties reaping the rewards of investing in people, and enhancing the quality of the working environments within Wimbledon. ”
